(1) If the district development committee or the secretary of the municipality submits a report to the district development committee or the municipality stating that an amount of more than fifty thousand rupees cannot be raised, the relevant district development committee or the municipality shall select the relevant district development committee or the municipality and form the following committee according to the time limit to submit the report. (a) Chairman of the Audit Committee constituted under sub-section (4) of section 188 of the Act - Coordinator (B) Head of the Office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts or an officer-level employee designated by him - Member (c) Officer level staff of District Administration Office – Member
(d) Experts of authorized level appointed by the committee as per requirement – ​​Member
(e) Secretary of District Development Committee or Municipality or an authorized level employee designated by him - Member - Secretary
(2) The committee under sub-rule (1) shall organize its own procedure.
